Calibration
Annual calibration performed to current ANSI specifications, with calibration documentation provided for your records. We calibrate the equipment your practice runs on, including:
- Diagnostic and screening audiometers
- Tympanometers and middle-ear analyzers
- OAE (otoacoustic emission) systems
- Real-ear / hearing aid analyzers
- Sound-field and VRA systems
Repair
When equipment goes down, downtime costs you appointments. We diagnose and repair audiometers, tympanometers, and related equipment, working to keep you running while we do. Repairs in our service area can be handled on-site or in-shop.
Send-In Repair
Not in Northern California or Nevada? You can still use us. Ship your equipment to us and we'll repair it and send it back — wherever your practice is in the country.

We come to you. Sound-treated booth and ambient-noise verification is performed on-site, so your testing environment meets standard without shipping anything out.
